In response to a very pleasant and professional approach, I was happy to provide permission to the World Bank for this photograph to be used. It was part of their document 'Public Sector Management Approach for 2011-2020'. In some part, I was pleased because the document included the Bank's considerations regarding governance and anti-corruption (stealing from your own people is a blight on too much of the world).
