No fee was involved, but it was my pleasure to have this photograph, along with several others, used on a web site bringing attention to the plight of Filipinos caught by typhoon Yolanda / Haiyan.
Then, this one photograph was used again to produce a poster for a national health campaign in The Philippines. I am a bit embaressed that I cannot remember exactly what the cause was, but I do know that I felt honoured to help.
